Busted in Mobile (Bay)
“Our mission here on the island is to provide art to the community, to our children, and to our adults.” These are the words of Marsha Barnett, President of the Board of Directors for the Arts of Dauphin Island.
On the third Sunday of every month, the front lawn of a local gallery on Dauphin Island turns into an outdoor open-air art show that supports local artists.
This open-air market provides a safe venue for the community to come together to support these local artists. The artists get to showcase and sell their work, and the locals can enjoy themselves in the local culture.
