We love to travel, even if it’s a staycation locally.  Airbnb has become one of our go-to resources for booking because you get more of a local experience.  We can typically rent a full home for the cost of a hotel room.  While we love our consistent hotel experiences with our favorites, Airbnb allows us to get a different flavor of home every time we stay somewhere.  Or have a friend coming to town?  Send them our local listings that include Mobile Rundown flavor!

We believe in a healthy community.  We have a free Facebook group that anyone can join to talk local health.  We will also create groups that will go through a regiment using the Beach Body program (you can always get started on your own and then connect with us for the private workout groups as we have them!
