More great news is upon us, Mobile. The Reese’s Senior Bowl in collaboration with the National Football League will hold the HBCU (Historically Black Colleges & Universities) Combine in Mobile, Alabama.

Our region has a rich history of HBCU institutions, and the Senior Bowl is the perfect partner to showcase the skills of HBCU student-athletes.

06/02: Summer Garden Walk At Bellingrath Gardens And Home
Bellingrath Gardens 12401 Bellingrath Gardens Road, Theodore
Join Bellingrath’s Horticultural Management Team for a guided tour of the Gardens to see our wonderful summer displays, floral borders, and new additions. Stay for lunch in our Magnolia Café and check out our new merchandise in the Bellingrath Gift Shop.

5/27 – 07/15: Market In The Park- Trinity Gardens Park
Daily @ 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm, Trinity Gardens Park Thursdays, May 27 – July 15
Buy locally-grown, locally-produced and homemade items at Market in the Park!

06/05: Market in the Park – Saturdays in Cathedral Square
Friday @ 7:30 am – 12:00 pm, Cathedral Square Park
Shop local for fresh fruits, vegetables, seafood, baked goods, jams/jellies, original art, decor, and more in Cathedral Square on Saturdays, May 8th – July 17th, from 7:30 am-noon. The City of Mobile Parks and Recreation Department partners with the Mobile Arts Council to produce the Market in the Park in Cathedral Square.

06/06: Outdoor Market at 5 Rivers – 5 Rivers Delta Resource Center
Sunday@ 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm, 5 Rivers Delta Resource Center Five Rivers Blvd., Spanish Fort
Local arts & crafts, farmers’ market and outdoor-themed items from the center’s Cypress Gift Shop. Frozen Amigos truck with Mexican pelatas fruit pops. Animal Ambassador program begins at 2 p.m.
