Dauphin Street now has its first rooftop bar at “Grace,” one of the latest additions to Downtown Mobile’s culinary scene.

The ambiance here is a clever mix of casual and upscale.

With a strong commitment to our community, they are dishing up a one-of-a-kind dining experience.

This is a place to be if you want fresh meals made from scratch and unique takes on cocktails.

POST on the Hill

We all know POST as the go-to spot for thoughtfully curated cocktail experiences. This newly opened location raises the vibes even further with its beautiful outdoor area.

It’s the perfect place to swap stories with friends while you share the POST snacks that we’ve come to love, like their Duck Fat Truffle Fries and Thin Crust GF Pizza.

Ginger and Spice

Trying to get healthy? Ginger and Spice is a new raw vegan cafe that features a cold-pressed juice bar.

You can pick blends based on your needs, like detoxing, boosting immunity, and breastfeeding support.

They also serve smoothies, smoothie bowls, toasts, and wraps. It’s a cozy little place to grab a guilt-free lunch!

Visit: 209 Dauphin St.

Koma Bistro

Koma Bistro opened its doors late last year and took the place of the former Firehouse Wine Bar.

They recently redid their menu, and they’re quickly gaining popularity for their waffle pizza and dressed wings.

They do $10 per bottle wine nights and will start offering hookahs starting next week! This is definitely the place to be if you’re looking for a moody, chill vibe.

NXT LVL Skybar

You’ll find NXT LVL Skybar above the iconic B-Bob’s. You need to head on over there to enjoy some of Mobile’s best rooftop views.

Weekends are definitely better with a fully-stocked bar, good music, friendly company, TVs, and heaters.

Box Owt

Box Owt is an innovative alfresco dining complex set to open in the heart of Downtown Mobile. This new spot has new restauranteurs and food truck owners excited!

The Mac and Cheesery, Smac’s BBQ, D’s Carnival Treats, and Las Catrachas Honduran are just some of the vendors that are part of the roster.

Watch out for this fun-concept dining spot in Spring this year!

Visit: 265 Dauphin St.

Sporty T’s Steakhouse

Across from Bienville Square in downtown Mobile, a former clothing shop is being transformed into a steakhouse and sports bar. Another hangout for the boys!

In addition to choice meat cuts, the menu will feature a wide selection of hot dogs, hamburgers, and burgers.

The establishment is scheduled to open in late 2023, and plans have already been written up and presented to the city.

Visit: 157 Dauphin St.

Benji Burger and Breakfast

BB&B will set up shop on the first floor of an old Dauphin St. building that dates back to 1899. The second and third floors are also currently being renovated.

It’ll be a breakfast place that also serves burgers and sandwiches. I don’t know anybody who would say no to another breakfast spot, so Benji’s is a welcome addition to Downtown.

Visit: 221 Dauphin St.

Parc Le Tralour Food Hall

Inside the RSA Trustmark Bank Building, in the space formerly occupied by Moon Pie, you’ll soon find Panini Pete’s newest dining concept: Parc Le Tralour!

Within this area, diners can choose from four brands under Panini Pete Hospitality, which are:

  • Taco Mysterio
  • Mobtown Slice
  • Panini Pete’s
  • Pickled Chicken

We all know Panini Pete’s for its renowned paninis (of course), sandwiches, burgers, and beignets.

This is going to be somewhat of a dining complex, so there will be live music, activities, and areas to lounge around.

Visit: 107 St. Francis St.

Dough Boy Pizza Co.

Chef Erica Barrett has been planning to open a SOCU Coffee across from their flagship location on Dauphin St. since 2021.

It looks like those plans didn’t push through, and they’re opening a pizzeria instead. The flagship Dough Boy Pizza Co. branch is in Atlanta, and we’re lucky we’re getting our very own!

The opening is scheduled for late 2023, and I’m sure you can’t wait to get your hands on scrumptious meat lovers and vegan pies.

Visit: 456 Dauphin St.
