River Walk Plaza is set to be Mobile’s go-to spot for living, working, dining, and waterfront entertainment, nestled in the heart of downtown Mobile.
This development promises a luxury hotel and condos, top-tier office spaces, and a variety of dining, retail, and entertainment choices.
Designed for convenience, it will offer easy car and foot access across Water Street and the CSX train tracks.
The idea for River Walk Plaza emerged in response to Mobile City’s call for downtown waterfront development proposals. The City chose this mixed-use project for its optimal blend of residential, leisure, and business facilities.
Currently in the initial development phase, River Walk Plaza is targeting a 2025 groundbreaking. Its design and concept will evolve, reflecting feedback from stakeholders and adapting over time.
