Cotton Bayou is a shorter beach close to the most prominent condominiums in the area. On either side of it are two boardwalks. Romar Beach
If you want a true getaway that’s off the beaten path, Romar Beach is a great choice if you don’t mind having any amenities. If you like staying active (as we all should), you can traverse the Fort Morgan Road Trail on foot or by bike. Spanning 11 miles through dunes, groves, marshes, and peaceful neighborhoods, going on this converted rail line is the best way to get some exercise and observe the wildlife. We recommend starting your trek at Cafe Beignet, where you can fill up on quality coffee and fresh beignets for fuel.
5. Take the Mobile Bay Ferry
