Y2K Meets 90’s

Orchestra Noir, the groundbreaking all-Black orchestra known for its collaborations with celebrities and major brands like Red Bull, Rick Ross, Migos, 2 Chainz, and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, is thrilled to bring its acclaimed Y2K Meets 90s Tour to Mobile, AL. The performance is set for Saturday, August 24th, at the Saenger Theatre Mobile, with doors opening at 7:00 PM and the show starting at 8:00 PM.

Described as a big “house party,” Orchestra Noir’s Y2K Meets 90s Tour is a unique experience that merges two iconic eras with timeless hits, all arranged for orchestra by the Orchestra Noir music team, led by Founder and Music Director Jason Ikeem Rodgers.

Orchestra Noir has captivated sold-out audiences across the country, including in cities like Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, New Orleans, Miami, and NYC.

Founded by Jason Ikeem Rodgers in 2016, Orchestra Noir was created to bring orchestral music to the African-American community and to celebrate African-American music makers across all genres.

The Atlanta African American Orchestra has been featured in Rolling Stone Magazine, VIBE, Essence, Complex, BET, the Miami Herald, and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, and has won Best of Atlanta for Classical Meets Contemporary by Atlanta Magazine.
