Tickets on sale Friday, February 10th at 10AM at the box office or bit.ly/whenlovingyou On, Friday, February 24, 2023, the inspirational stage play, “When Loving You Is Killing Me” will open at the Mobile Civic Center Theater located at: 401 Civic Center Drive, Mobile, AL 36602. The play features an all-celebrity cast to include: Grammy Award Winning R&B Artist, Chrisette Michele; Grammy Nominated Gospel Artist, Jekalyn Carr; Stellar Award Winning Gospel Artist, Isaac Carree; Lead Singer for the iconic group, The Temptations, Tony Grant; R&B Legend known for hits such as “As We Lay”, Shirley Murdock; and Stellar and Dove Nominated Gospel Artist, Wess Morgan. The event begins at 7:00pm. The show will also run on Sunday, February 26, 2023 at 5:00pm. The touring play follows the life of a successful sports agent played by Tony Grant, who has to navigate through some challenging times in his relationship with his fiancée, played by Chrisette Michele, and within his business. He has to find a way to untangle a web of confusion and rely on the faith his mother instilled in him to help him overcome. The play chose to open in historic Mobile, home of Mardi Gras, and will travel on to other major cities in the United States.
