Join Bellingrath Gardens for a Sound Bath in the Gardens on Saturday, Oct. 26, 2024, from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and vibrations designed to promote relaxation and well-being. The sessions are guided by Cadie Simmons, an experienced expert in yoga, health, and wellness. To ensure the best experience, please take a yoga mat, towel, and water bottle. Arriving early will give you plenty of time to check in and make your way to the day’s class location, set against the stunning backdrop of the gardens in full bloom. General admission is $16 for non-members and free for members.
