LOVE YOUR COMMUNITY EARTH DAY CELEBRATION

Mobile County’s Earth Day Celebration will take place on Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the newly reopened Chickasabogue Park.
The event promises a lively and engaging day with live music from Ryan Balthrop and The New Cahoots, a native plant giveaway, vendors, lawn games, a rock climbing wall, nature walks, children’s activities, storytime, caricature drawings, food trucks, and much more.
Sponsored by the Mobile County Commission, Keep Mobile Beautiful, Earth Day Mobile Bay, and the Sierra Club, the celebration will also include the Love Your Community teams’ check presentation at noon.
Love Your Community is a program of the Mobile County Commission in partnership with Keep Mobile Beautiful. Through this initiative, volunteer teams earn beautification grant dollars based on volunteer hours dedicated to litter-reduction, recycling, and similar community improvement efforts.
