WWII LIVING HISTORY CREW DRILL
February 11

Watch history come to life with WWII historical reenactors during a fun day of activities, demonstrations, storytelling, meet and greets and more on Saturday, Feb. 11, beginning at 8 a.m. at USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park. It’s fun for everyone!
Call to battle stations will take place on the deck of the USS ALABAMA at 1 p.m. when vintage airplanes attack the ship and the crew defends her with guns blazing!
Planes fly based on weather conditions.
Tickets are $15 for seniors 55+ and veterans, $18 for ages 12-55, $6 for ages 6-11, and free for ages 5 and under and include admission to the USS Alabama, the USS Drum and Aircraft Pavillion. The Living History Crew is made up of volunteers who travel from across the southeast. These volunteers have worked on projects like the restoration of 20mm guns and 40mm guns, the repair and installation of the life rafts aboard ship, and the construction of canvas gun covers and new cots.
