Lion Trot 5K and Fun Run

Start Times:
- 5K begins at 8:00 a.m.
- Fun Run starts at 9:00 a.m.
Course Details:
Certified 5K course (AL22034JE) winds through Saraland neighborhoods, starting and ending near Amelia Park. The fun run follows a straightforward out-and-back route. Courses are mostly flat with mild inclines and water stations along the way.
Registration Options:
- Mail-in by November 2 or in-person by 12 p.m. on November 7 at McCoy Outdoor, Run-N-Tri, or Fleet Feet in Mobile.
- Race-day registration available at the Amelia Park pavilion from 6:30 to 7:45 a.m.
- Online registration until 7 a.m. on November 9; race-day registration incurs a $5 increase.
Awards and Recognition:
- 5K: Top three male and female overall, as well as top finishers in various age categories.
- Fun Run: Ribbons for all one-mile finishers.
Shirts:
Participants pre-registered by November 2 will receive a guaranteed t-shirt. Late registrants will receive shirts while supplies last.
Post-Race:
Food, beverages, awards, and additional activities will be provided for all race participants.
