Happy Noon Year At The Exploreum

The Exploreum invites families to a “Prehistoric Noon Years” celebration on December 31st, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. This event offers a Jurassic-themed exploration of science, featuring Dino DNA labs, explosive chemistry experiments, and hands-on STEM challenges for all ages. The festivities will culminate in a traditional Noon Year countdown and a spectacular volcanic eruption in the Prehistoric Courtyard.

Guests can enjoy sweet treats from Holly Jolly Snow Cones and explore the newest traveling exhibit, The Amazing Castle. This interactive experience transports visitors to a whimsical medieval village filled with storytelling, problem-solving, and imaginative play opportunities.

Additionally, a special showing of Land Before Time will take place in the PCI Digital Dome Theater, with screenings at 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Due to limited seating, advance reservations are required, and tickets can be purchased through Exploreum’s: https://www.exploreum.com/event/happy-noon-year-at-the-exploreum-2/.

Event admission is free for Exploreum members, with $12 special event pricing for non-members. Tickets with the movie option must be booked in advance, while general admission without the film will also be available at the door.
