FESTIVAL OF FLOWERS

March 11, 2022 - March 13, 2022

The 2022 Festival of Flowers, LoDa Style, in Cathedral Square is a cultural delight for Mobile and the surrounding areas as well as a boost to downtown businesses. The community event, open to the public through a required donation, was attended by more than 10,000. Proceeds of the 2022 Festival of Flowers LoDa Style will be used to purchase Advanced MRI Patient Care Monitors at Ascension Providence Hospital.

BY LAND, AIR & SEA.

9 teams created living sculptures representing the theme. Each team consists of a florist, an artist, a nursery, a landscaper, a designer, an architect and/or any other creative field that would benefit implementation. Teams went head-to-head as they compete for the People’s Choice Award.

A monthly event that showcases Mobile’s visual, performing, and culinary arts community. During ArtWalk, Dauphin Street is shut down for pedestrian foot traffic, and local art galleries, institutions, studios, and unique shops stay open extended hours for the public to explore.
