Excelsior Band Preservation: The Jazz Studio

The Jazz Studio, a program of Excelsior Band Preservation, welcomes aspiring youth musicians from the greater Mobile area to participate in its year-round jazz-focused program. Sessions take place at the Murphy Fine Arts Building on the campus of Spring Hill College from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the second and fourth Saturday of each month. Designed for students in grades 6-12 with at least one year of music instruction, the program provides an opportunity to develop jazz skills in a supportive and educational environment.
