Crime Prevention 5K Run/Walk

Registration and Post-Race Activities at Bienville Square in downtown Mobile.

Distance:
Certified 5K (AL13038JD) course in downtown Mobile. Water will be provided along the race course.
Registration:
Pre-register by mail (entries should be postmarked by July 21) or in person at McCoy Outdoor, Run-N-Tri, or Fleet Feet in Mobile until noon on July 31.
Race day registration and packet pick-up on Dauphin Street near Bienville Square from 5 – 6:15 PM.
Entry fees:
Entry fees include tee shirt, post-race party, and eligibility for door prize drawings.
Awards:
Top male and female Overall, Masters, Grandmasters, Senior Grandmasters and Race Walkers. Top three male and female in age groups: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, and 80+.
**Special prize to anyone breaking the course record (current record – 15:06)
Shirts:
Participants registered by July 24 will be guaranteed a moisture management t-shirt on race day. Shirts as available after July 24 – shirts will not be reordered after the race.
Post-Race Party:
Food and beverages will be provided after the race. All registered participants will be eligible for the many fantastic door prizes. To be eligible for the grand door prize of two airline tickets, you must be pre-registered by July 31. You must be present to win any of the door prizes.
