At 86 years old, Buddy Guy is a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee and a profound influence on rock legends such as Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, and Stevie Ray Vaughan. He is celebrated for pioneering Chicago’s West Side blues sound and has amassed numerous accolades, including 8 GRAMMY Awards, a 2015 Lifetime Achievement GRAMMY Award, and 38 Blues Music Awards, among others. Rolling Stone Magazine ranks him #23 in its “100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time.
