Adult Drumming Classes with Wayne Curtis

Are you interested in learning the art of Hand Drumming? Engage in the culture of African influence with Mr. Wayne Curtis, Founder and CEO of the Mobile Alabama Africatown Drummers (M.A.A.D). Mr. Curtis has partnered with the Alabama State Council on the Arts to provide free Hand Drumming classes for Adults. Join Mr. Curtis at the Hope Community Center and find your rhythm as he guides you through African, Afro-Caribbean, and African American Rhythms and Cultures and discuss their influences in modern music.
