Mobile’s about to shine bright on “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.”
Front and center? The Noble South!
This joint’s flipping the script on Southern cuisine.
In fact, it’s first on our list of the top farm-to-table restaurants in our area.
They’re particularly famous for their alligator Bolognese, Wagyu cheeseburger, and fig crepes!
Chris Rainosek, the main man behind the magic, totally kept his cool with Fieri nosing around his kitchen.
Plus, Panini Pete has been dropping some juicy gossip about the upcoming episodes.
It seems The Noble South is just the appetizer.
Southwood Kitchen in Daphne gets a slice of the spotlight, too.
And two more Mobile spots are going to dazzle us this November.
While we don’t have all the juicy details yet, there’s been talk of rabbit dishes, whole fried fish, vegan wholesomeness, and burritos that just must make you dream in Spanish.
