It’s that time of year again – Crawfish in the Courtyard just finished – more crawfish events coming!

April 11:  Little Black Dress
Mobile, Fort Whiting:  Ronald McDonald’s Premier Fundraising Event, featuring a runway show and food from top local chefs.  Might even get to see Ronald himself!

April 11:  Showboat
Downtown Mobile, Civic Center:  One Show, and One Show Only.  Step Right Up Folks!  A rendition of the well-known musical.

April 12: LODA Artwalk
Downtown Mobile:  This will be a great kick off to a weekend full of downtown art events including Arts Alive, Temporal City, and South Sounds Music Festival.

April 12: Mary Mary in Concert
Downtown Mobile, Civic Center:  These ladies will be performing live with James Fortune and friends.

April 12-14:  Arts Alive
Downtown Mobile:  Music, Art, Entertainment; Downtown will be full of these the entire weekend!

April 12-14:  Temporal City Festival 2013
Downtown Mobile: See Amazing Performance and Installation Art.

April 12-14:  South Sounds Music Festival
Downtown Mobile:  A Music Festival Dedicated to Up and Coming Bands all over the South and working in conjunction with Arts Alive.

April 13: Mobile Pops in Concert
Downtown Mobile, Cathedral Square:  The Pops will be in concert downtown, once again, as part of the Arts Alive Weekend.

April 13: Pancake Breakfast with the Easter Bunny
Mobile, Wilmer Hall:  Stop by to get a $5 plate of pancakes and sausage and hang out with the Easter Bunny before he heads back in his hole.

April 13: 8k by the Bay
Downtown Mobile, Arlington Park:  Put on by the famous Port City Pacers, come out and enjoy a run

April 13: The Great Drift
Mobile, Dog River:  Enjoy a Float down Dog River and meet at The River Shack.  Shuttles will be available to return you to the Rabbit Creek Launch.

April 13-14:  Friends of the Library Annual Book Sale
Downtown Mobile, Civic Center: Need some books?  We can all use some more readin’.  Ok, you can just get a dvd if you want.

April 14:  5k for St. Jude’s Hospital
Theodore, Bellingrath Gardens:  If you can’t run on Saturdays, no excuses.  Here’s a Sunday Funday race for a great cause.

April 15-16:  USA Percussion Spring Ensemble
USA Campus, Laidlaw Center:  Concert is open to the public, $8 general admission and $5 if you’re a broke student.

April 16: Taste of Rotary
Point Clear:  Fundraising event with a night of food from over 20 local restaurants and chefs.

April 17: Meet and Greet with Sandy Stimpson
Downtown Mobile, Serda’s Coffee:  Come out to this relaxed atmosphere to ask your questions and catch Sandy’s vision for Mobile.
