Boo Radley’s. This Wednesday, March 6th until the season ends. Starts 5PM – UNTIL the last batch comes out.

March 7: Mobile Bike Club Urban Assault
Mellow Mushroom Mobile- Airport. Warm Weather Returns….15 mile ride, All speeds, light & helmets required.

March 7: *FREE SHOW* with Mississippi Shakedown // TBA
Alabama Music Box. Mississippi Shakedown is a powerhouse indie/garage/rockabilly duo formed in October 2010.

March 7: BBQ Championship And Hog Wild Festival
Greater Gulf State Fairgrounds. Live music, children’s activities, barrel racing, cooking demonstrations, barbecue and more. Benefits United Cerebral Palsy.

March 7: University Chorale Winter Concert
USA Laidlaw Performing Arts Center. The highlight of the University Chorale concert will be the world premiere of the “Missa Brevis” by composer Brian Joyce.

March 7: Luke Rowe and Friends – no cover, cheap drinks
Saddle Up Saloon. Its the best of both worlds Thursday nights. Also, dance lessons and 2 for 1 drinks before 9PM and $2 beer and well thereafter.

March 8: Virtual Art Stroll- A Little
Mobile Downtown, Alabama. Virtual Art Stroll ends at five. After that I’ll be heading to LODA for actual artwalk….See you there!

March 8: ArtWalk – Featuring Skateboard Art Show and Spire’s Grand Opening Celebration
501 Dauphin Street Mobile, Alabama. Come check out our first art show in our new space! This show will feature over 30 skateboard decks repurposed by over 30 local and regional artists as amazing art pieces! You don’t wanna miss this one!

March 8: ArtWalk at Hayley’s – Dr. Blah’s Mobile Debut
Hayley’s. Live model body painting by Dr. Blah! Bobbi will be slingin’ drinks and Caitlin will be hosting a FREE WINE TASTING! Come out for free wine, yummy food and awesome art!!!

March 8-10: World Premiere of Winthrop Corey’s “ Snow White”
Mobile, Civic Center. This fresh telling of the familiar story brings Kathryn Morgan to the stage as Snow White and Kimberley Sears as the evil and jealous queen. The production promises to be a visual feast!

March 8: Holy Ghost Tent Revival // Banditos // Clear Plastic Masks
Alabama Music Box. Rooted in the blue collar analog tradition of work-a-day Rock ‘n’ Roll, this Nashville-via-New York band strives always to be cracking the proverbial whip.

March 9: Nice Rack Ride Spring 2013
Callaghan’s Irish Social Club. This biannual MOB favorite is your opportunity to show the world how much you appreciate a nice rack.

March 9: Funky Monkey 5K & Fun Run
University of South Alabama, Intramural Fields. The first 250 participants to pre-register are guaranteed a Funky Monkey moisture-wicking race t-shirt. Cotton t-shirts will also be available on race day while supplies last.

March 9: Kerri Castello Tennis Tournament.
Country Club of Mobile. This mixed doubles tennis tournament benefits the Mitchell Cancer Institute in Mobile, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis.

Soul Kitchen. Doors open at 9:30. Showtime 10:30. TIckets are $12 in adv and $15 day of show (if avail).

March 9: Mobile Symphony’s Trumpet Spectacular
Saenger Theater. Featuring Jens Lindemann, one of the world’s best trumpet soloists, Trumpet Spectacular will include the beloved concerto for trumpet and orchestra, Haydn’s Trumpet Concerto.

March 9-10: US Band
The hangout. Best party band in the Southeast is coming to the Hangout!! Come rock out to the 80’s starting at 7PM.

Alabama Music Box. This bill is rounded out by americana/folk band MOUNT MORIAH, acoustic guitarist WILLIAM TYLER and indie dance/party band TERROR PIGEON DANCE REVOLT!

Alabama Music Box. Beach Day specializes in a beachy (duh), garage-minded breed of girl-group pop.

March 11: United States Coast Guard Band Concert
Mobile Civic Center Theater . Performances by the USCG are public events. All Academy performances are FREE and open to the public; NO ticket required.

March 12: Brandon Greene
The Hangout. Late Night at The Hangout starting at 11PM. Come enjoy our SB 2013 with up and coming artists.
