Do Some Good!
This weekend is the eighth annual food drive, Scouting for Food. This Saturday, Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Venturers, Sea Scouts and Explorers from all over southwest Alabama will collect food directly from front doors and donate it to Feeding the Gulf Coast to stock the food bank’s shelves in preparation for the busy holiday season. If you received a bag in your mailbox, please fill it with canned goods and the Scouts will pick up from your front porch. If you did not receive a bag, you can still help! Canned goods and non-perishable items can be dropped off at the Greer’s CashSaver locations on Spring Hill Ave and Cottage Hill Rd. Click here for all the details. Keep Doing Good, Mobile!
